The Ministry of Health informs that as of 11:00 on 24 May, a total of 6661 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which:

• 3064, healed,
• 81with death,
• 3483 patients are currently receiving actual treatment.
• The death toll, for other reasons, is 33 (when patients were diagnosed with a coronavirus infection but died of another disease, there is 1 new case).

In total, 50397 tests were performed.

Thus, we have 359 new cases of coronavirus disease and 128 recovered. 1317 tests were performed.

According to the ministry, the patients who died were 82 years old (male), 81 years old (male), 73 years old (female), and 77 years old (male) and 71 years old (male) had concomitant chronic diseases.

Notably, as of 11:00 on 23 May, the total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in Armenia was 6302, of which 2936recovered, 3257were actually receiving treatment, the negative tests were 49080, and 77, deaths, for other reason – 32.
