Legal officers shall pass training once in three years.

The compulsory training includes courses (at least 30 hours) and evaluation.
The Legal officer shall pass compulsory training in case of the changes of the description of the position, appointment to another position as well as during appointment to the legal officer’s position for the first time.

Upon graduation of the training course evaluation of the legal officer’s knowledge and skills is conducted.

The Examination Commission evaluates the results of training courses.

Evaluation Commission has 5 (five) members at most.

Evaluation of the training of legal officers is conducted in three stage system. In result of evaluation of the legal officer’s training the Examination Commission provides one of the following conclusions:

a)    Meets the requirements of the position.

b)    Partially meets to the requirements of the position.

c)    Does not meet the requirements of the position.
