Tomorrow, on 31 January, 2020, at 11:00 pm, the UK will be legally considered to have left the EU. The transition period will start in the country on 31 January 2020, which will last until the end of this year, as the UK and the EU will negotiate additional agreements.

The legal acts between the UK and the EU on trade, travel and business will continue to be applied in the transitional period.
