Today, on 16 December, during the Yerevan Council of the Elders’ session, member of the “Bright Armenia” faction Davit Khazhakyan made a speech, noting that during the Mayor’ s vocation, an unauthorized person had performed his duties and signed the legal acts. 

“The Mayor’s instruction is an official falsification, and I am convinced that we will have trials,” Davit Khazhakyan said, adding that he had appealed to the prosecutor’s office.

After the speech the Mayor did not respond to Davit Khazhakyan’s statement.
