In accordance with the RA Judicial Code the office of a judge should be terminated, if:
1) He/she has requested to terminate his/her office;
2) He/she has turned 65;
3) He/she has been declared legally incapable, missing, or dead by a final judgment of court;
4) He/she has lost citizenship of the Republic of Armenia.
