As of 10:00, the Independent Observer recorded the following violations:

Campaign posters are posted near 20/05 polling station in Sevan, Gegharkunik region, 23/54 and 23/53 in Vanadzor and 33/20 in the village of Panik in Shirak Marz.

The “My Step” alliance’s ballots were missing in the 22/26 polling station of Lernantsk village of Lori region. The election here was stopped until the ballots was received from the Territorial Electoral Commission.

Servicemen who voted at 27/33 polling station in Argel village of Kotayk region are already separating the ballots of “My Step” Alliance in the queue after receiving the ballots. Representatives of the Independent Observer Alliance have warned the Chairperson of the Committee to make a statement about it and prevent the separation of the ballots before entering the polling booth.

In 2 cases, observers were not allowed to take photos of their interest in the registry, but the issue was eliminated after the Territorial Electoral Commission alerted.
