The extraordinary session of the National Assembly began: The issue on the  agenda is related to depriving Mr. Manvel Grigoryan of his deputy immunity. 81 MPs have been registered. There is a quorum.

Ara Babloyan informed that Manvel Grigoryan told him that he did not want to be present during the examination of this issue.
