Gor Khudinyan, a 26 year old soldier of the Nagorno Kharabakh Defense Army, was shot dead around 00:45, February 23, in military base of the Defense Army located in the northern direction, in circumstances which are yet to be revealed.
An investigation has been launched to determine details of the incident.
The Defense Ministry extends condolences to the family and friends of the killed solider.
