The Court of Appeals shall take a Decision on the Case against “AR” TV Company
The case on dismissal of Nune Simonyan, a journalist with long experience of work is already in the Court of Appeals. The first instance court had dismissed the journalist’s claim against “AR” TV Company.
The management “AR” TV Company had issued 2 reprimands against the journalist during the two days and then dismissed her from job. The journalist had applied to the court.
Advocate Ernst Abelyan, who represents the journalist’s right in the court told Iravaban.net that the decision of the Court of Appeals will be published on 7 February, at 13: 03 pm.
