Today, the Government of the RA convened an extraordinary session chaired by Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan. The Government reported about this.
According to the source, the Government approved the Draft Law on making Change in the Law on “State Duty,” which is aimed at harmonizing the provisions of the law with the provisions set out in Articles 14 and 444 of the RA Tax Code.
With the second issue the Executive decided to suggest the President of the National Assembly to convene an extraordinary sitting of the NA on December 22 at 12:00 in the Parliament and include the Draft Law on making Change in the Law on “State Duty,” and three international agreements in the agenda.
