Based on Armenia’s international obligations and the advanced international experience and research, the RA Ministry of Justice developed and the Government of the Republic of Armenia, on its 18 November Session approved the “Draft Law on making Amendments in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.”
Based on the aforesaid, the Department submitted the new draft to the Government, which proposes to make amendment in the RA Criminal Code and reserve the investigation of corpus delicti “illicit enrichment” to the Special Investigation Service
The Government confirmed the project, Deputy Minister Artur Hovhannisyan informed it will be submitted to the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia in one package with the Draft law on on making Amendments in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.”
