Serzh Sargsyan has signed a decree accepting the resignation of the Government.
“Governed by Article 55 (4) of the Constitution of the RA with amendments of 2005 and based on the resignation letter of the RA Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, I decide to”
1.Accept the resignation of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
2. the members of the Government of the Republic of Armenia shall continue to exercise their duties until the new Government is formed;
3. This decree comes into force upon signature.”
