The preliminary investigation of the incidents taken place in Sari Tagh of Yerevan during the night of July 29 to 30 continues in the RA Special Investigation Service.
As a result of extensive investigative and judicial actions implemented during the preliminary investigation of the criminal case a criminal persecution has been initiated against another person.
The preliminary investigation obtained details that during the incidents in Sari Tagh at the night of July 29 to 30, 2016 A.K. hindered the a journalist from filming him by breaking his working tool, the “Sony’” brand camera thus preventing him to perform his professional journalists’ activities.
So during the preliminary investigation of the criminal case on the incidents taken place at the night of July 29 to 30, 2016 in Sari Tagh, examined in the RA Special Investigation Service, 7 criminal prosecutions have been initiated against the individuals committed obvious crimes including prevention of the journalists to perform their professional legal activity.
Let us remind that with the same criminal case 6 accusations were brought against the individuals who had committed apparent offenses, including those of hindering the journalists to perform their professional legal activity and during the pretrial proceedings of four of the accusations the detention has been chosen as a precautionary measure
