The RA Prosecutor General’s Office issued a statement, which reads:
“Based on Article 52, Part 1(2) and Article 11, Part 1(4), the Deputy Prosecutor General Aremen Harutyunyan shall temporarily replace the RA Prosecutor General.”
A few hours before Iravaban.net learned from the RA Prosecutor General’s Office that the responsibilities of the RA Prosecutor general were temporarily imposed on the Deputy Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan.
