“Yesterday in the evening, General Mels Chilingaryan and Colonels Mher Papyan and Armen Margaryan were arrested,”- Sona Truzyan, the adviser to the Head of the RA Investigative Committee told to Iravaban.net
She said that three personse were arrested as suspects in two different criminal cases, which are initiated for the purchase of low-quality products at inflated prices.
Notably, on 23 May, Mels Chilingryan was dismissed from the post of Chief of Department of Armament-Chief of Department of the Armed Forces.
