“Let’ Do It” Environmental Movement in cooperation with the US Embassy in Armenia, US Alumni Association of Armenia, the Armenian Young Lawyers Association and a number of other organizations and volunteers organized an environmental action “Armenia without Garbage,” in the territory of the Children’s Railway in Hrazdan Canyon.
During the action the participants cleaned the territory from garbage. The plastic and glass bottles as well as other garbage were packed in different plastic sacks.
Mr. John Heffern, the U.S. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and his wife Libby, were active participants of the action as well.
Mr. Karen Zadoyan, the Speaker of the US Alumni Association of Armenia and Mr. Khachik Gevorgyan, Executive Director of USAAA participated in the Environmental action as well.
