Robert Kocharyan is in Armenia. He has been in touched with Bako Sahakyan, President of NKR, and is aware of the military operations at the front line and the current situation in NKR. Ex-President Kocharyan considers that the authorities of NKR and the Defense Army undertake all the necessary measures to repel Azerbaijan’s aggression. It is necessary to concentrate all forces and measures and each citizen’s willingness to stand in defense of Artsakh, which NKR authorities and population did at this difficult time.
