According to the official Baku, 21 is equal to 12. It turns out that, in order to cover up their own losses, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense exploits a simple trick, that is, it swaps the digits, and reports 12 victims instead of 21 over a single battle only.
As a matter of fact, the red circles in the video above depict the corpses of the killed Azerbaijanis who allegedly occupied Seysulane. Whereas, Seysulane remains Armenian as it has been before.
