In the evening NKR Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan met in the Stepanakert Culure and Youth Palace with a part of the group of volunteers who had gathered at the square. He presented to them the situation at the border, assuring them that the Defense Army is in full control of the military situation and has inflicted heavy losses to the Azerbaijani Army. This was reported on the NKR Government Facebook page.
“I am glad that so many volunteers have gathered in such a short time to contribute to this sacred task of ours. In case of necessity, all of us will go to protect the borders of our motherland. At this time, I urge everyone to stay away from panic and uphold the military spirit in the public,” said the Prime Minister.
