Pursuant to Article 124 (point 15) of the RA Code on Administrative Offences, throwing items and objects from a vehicle by the driver of a vehicle generates a penalty of 5,000 drams.
According to Article 131 (point 4) of the same code, throwing items and objects from a vehicle by a passenger generates a penalty totaling to 5,000 drams.
The Spanish legislation sets much stricter punishment for the above-mentioned offenses, which is a penalty totaling to 200 euros.
