According to the Government’s Decision N 955-N on prohibiting the operation of the RA traffic rules and vehicles and on the approval of the condition’s list;
1. Vehicle driver must let pedestrians cross the carriageway of unregulated pedestrian crossings.
2. If any vehicle stopped or slowed down the traffic before crossing the unregulated pedestrian crossing, then the drivers of other vehicles in adjacent rows can continue traffic just being aware there are no pedestrian in front of the vehicle.
3. In controlled pedestrian crossings, the drive should let all pedestrians cross the carriageway after switching the traffic lights allowing signal on.
4. After the pedestrian’s crossing, in case of traffic jam, it is prohibited to enter the crossroad if it will compel the driver to stop on the pedestrian crossing.
5. In all cases, including those outside the crossroad, the driver must give way to blind pedestrians cross the carriageway. Blind pedestrians signal about their actions with white walking stick.
