Before the beginning of the protest action initiated by “No to Plunder” Civil Initiative, Valeri Osipyan, Deputy Chief of Yerevan police approached the organizers and urged them to refrain from blocking Baghramyan Avenue. He was confident that there are provocateurs among te demonstrators who have the objective to tense the situation.
The demonstrators said that the provocateurs are the police in plainclothes.
Valeri Osipyan replied that this time the police will carry out the powers provided by law.
