The US Embassy in Armenia has made a statement in its Twitter page urging the participants and all parties ofof the protest action against the electricity price hike to keep calm and restrained behavior in compliance with the national values with regard of the tensed situation in the center of Yerevan. The statement in particular reads: “Worried with regard to the tense situation established in the center of Yerevan city, we urge all parties to show calm, restrained behavior in compliance with the national values.”
