Arayik Harutyunyan submitted his Resignation Letter to the National Assembly

According to Article 98 of the Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh, the President of the Republic Arayik Harutyunyan submitted his resignation to the National Assembly on 1 September, 2023. The National Assembly of Artsakh reported.
