Gurgen Nersisyan, the State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, was relieved of his post and Samvel Sergey Shahramanian, the Secretary of the Security Council, was appointed as the State Minister, who was given wide powers.
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan announced.
“When making the choice of Samvel Shahramanyan, I took into account his principality, flexibility, his work experience in various responsible positions and accumulated knowledge, which are directly related to both national security and state administration.” Araik Harutyunyan said.
