Misak Martirosyan, Head of the State Administrative institution “Judicial Department of the RA”, was questioned as a suspect in the criminal case now under investigation by the Unit for Grave Crimes of Yerevan City Investigation Department of the General Investigation Department of the RA Police. Martirosyan is suspected in taking large bribe for accepting for employment.
On 26 September the decision on temporary suspension of Martirosyan’s powers was taken.
