According to information from the Prosecutor General’s Office, on 25 September, Aram Tamazyan, Acting Prosecutor General of the RA appointed the three members of the Governing Council of Justice Academy.
Based on Article 5 (1.2) and Article 33 (2) of the RA Law on the Justice Academy, and governed by Article 10 (1.6) of the RA Law on Prosecution, Armen Danielyan, deputy Prosecutor Genral of the RA, Hakob Martirosyan, Prosecutor of Aragatsotn marz of the RA and Arthur Davtyan, Prosecutor of Shengavit Administrative District of Yerevan are appointed members of the Governing Council of Justice Academy, on the order of the Acting Prosecutor General of the RA, for the terms of 4, 3, and 2 years respectively.
