On 27 June, around 7:40 p.m., the Azerbaijani Armed Forces violated the ceasefire in the direction of the Martakert region using a mortar as well.

The Press Service of the Ministry of Defense of the Artsakh Republic reported.

The ceasefire violation was reported to the command of the Russian peacekeeping troops.

After the violation of the ceasefire, the message of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan about the fact that on June 27, around 20:05, the units of the Defense Forces opened fire in the same direction as mentioned above, in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions located in the occupied territories of the Martakert region of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as a result of which an Azerbaijani serviceman allegedly received a gunshot wound does not correspond to reality.

It should be noted that Azerbaijan’s Armed Forces are once again violating the ceasefire in the area where on 22 June, Mher Hakobyan, a contract serviceman of the Armenian Armed Forces, was shot.
