Pursuant to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, manufacture or keeping of forged money or securities for the purpose of sale, is punished with imprisonment for the term of 3 to 7 years, with or without confiscation of property.

2) by a group with prior agreement, is punished with imprisonment for the term of 6 to 10 years, with or without property confiscation.

2) in particularly large amounts, is punished with imprisonment for the term of 8 to 12 years, with or without property confiscation.
The large amount envisaged in the article is the sum that exceeds the one thousand fold of the minimum salary at the moment of the crime that is 100.000 AMD. The particularly large amount is the sum that exceeds the three thousand fold of the minimum salary at the moment of the crime that is 300.000 AMD.
