Toivo Klaar, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, referred to Armenia’s aid to Turkey and the visit of RA MFA Ararat Mirzoyan to Turkey.
“This is a historic visit following Armenia’s decision to support its neighbour in need. Hopefully a harbinger of developments to come in the Armenia-Turkey relationship,” Klaar wrote on his Twitter microblog.
