Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin have started bilateral negotiations in Yerevan, the correspondent of ” RIA Novosti ” reports.
It should be noted that earlier the meetings of the CSTO Collective Security Council with the participation of the leaders of the CSTO member states were held in Yerevan.
