Vladimir Putin consulted with lawyers on the issue of signing a decree on the end of partial mobilization, such a document is not needed, his spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

“The President said that he will consult with lawyers, legal experts. We inform that there is no need for a decree,” the spokesman said in the Kremlin.

“Accordingly, the issue is solved, the partial mobilization is over,” the Press Secretary of the President emphasized.
