The Russian Federation does not give up negotiations with Ukraine, but the longer the process goes on, the more difficult the agreement will be. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, RIA Novosti reports.
“We do not refuse negotiations, but those who refuse should understand that the longer they delay this process, the more difficult the negotiations will be,” the minister told in an interview to “Moscow, Kremlin, Putin, Russia 1” program.
According to him, Moscow knows how to achieve its goals.
