Eduard Martirosov, a serviceman of the Armenian Army detained in Karabakh, will be returned to Armenia this week, Ahmed Shahidov, coordinator of the Captive Information Center, told Azerbaijani media.
“Eduard Martirosov, detained by Azerbaijani border guards, will be extradited to Armenia this week,” Shahidov said.
Martirosov was arrested on 23 April by the State Border Service of Azerbaijan in the Zangilan District.
