Negotiations between Ukraine and Russia are held every day at the level of expert groups. Member of the Ukrainian delegation, chairman of the “People’s Servant” Faction David Arakhamia stated today, on 20 March, Ukrainian Pravda reports.
“Negotiations continue every day, even today, at the level of expert groups,” he said.
It is mentioned that an online meeting of the official delegations of Ukraine and the Russian Federation is scheduled for 21 March.
As we reported earlier, the fourth round of talks between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations took place on 14 March.
It should be reminded that early in the morning of 24 February, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the launch of a special military operation in Ukraine, aimed at ensuring the security of the Donetsk and Luhansk republics, as well as removing the “Nazi regime” in Ukraine.
The United States and the European Union have described Russia’s move as a direct aggression by Russia against Ukraine’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.
The Verkhovna Rada has declared martial law in Ukraine.
