Kuleba announced Russia’s condition for ending the war

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said after talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov that Russia plans to continue its aggression until Ukraine fulfills its demands, one of which is surrender.

According to a UNIAN correspondent, he said this during a press conference following the talks.

“They will continue their aggression until Ukraine meets their demands. And one of those demands is to surrender,” Kuleba said. The Minister stressed that such an option is unacceptable for Ukraine.

It should be reminded that on the morning of 24 February, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the launch of a special military operation in Ukraine, aimed at ensuring the security of the Donetsk and Luhansk republics, as well as removing the “Nazi regime” in Ukraine.

The US and the EU have assessed Russia’s move as a direct aggression by Russia against Ukraine’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.

The Verkhovna Rada has declared martial law in Ukraine.
