We have recently received a copy of the conclusion of the pre-departmental commission expert examination of Armen Charchyan’s case, according to which Armen Charchyan’s diagnosis revealed during the examination corresponds to the RA Government Decision No. 825-N of May 26, 2006: serious illness and thus prevents him from detention as being chosen as a measure of restraint.

“Dear compatriots, it was once again proved by the above-mentioned that it was illegal to detain Armen Charchyan from 23 June, 2021 to 10 December, 2021,” he said.
