On 22 November, at around 6:10 pm, units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire from different caliber firearms at the Armenian positions on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, particularly in the section of the village of Norabak, Gegharkunik region, as a result of which Private Suren Yurik Safaryan (born in 2002), a conscript of the N military unit of the RA Ministry of Defense received a fatal gunshot wound.
