The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev had a telephone conversation on the occasion of Putin’s birthday, RIA Novosti reported.
During the telephone conversation, the parties touched upon the relations between the two countries and issues related to the strengthening of cooperation in various spheres.
Putin and Aliyev spoke about the current events that take place in the region and the current situation.
