Russian peacekeepers have deployed 25 observation posts to monitor the ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh. According to Armenpress, a statement issued by the RF Ministry of Defense states that by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 10 November, 2020, the deployment of Russian peacekeepers continues in Nagorno Karabakh.
“Transportation of Russian peacekeeping troops, military equipment and material assets by IL-76, AN-124 planes of the Russian military transport aviation continues. In total, 162 flights have been operated since 10 November. “22 flights were operated on 15 November,” the statement said.
The Russian Defense Ministry reports that the ceasefire regime is maintained along the entire line of contact. The base of the military is the 15th separate motorized rifle brigade of the Central Military District. The commander of the peacekeepers is Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov.
