By the decision N 33 of the regular sitting of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission held on 3 April with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, the list of critical import goods for which a tariff privilege in the form of exemption from customs duties is established for importing from the from third countries to EEU countries in the period of April 1 to June 30, 2020

The list includes a number of agricultural and food products, in particular potatoes, onions, garlic, cabbage, carrots, peppers, rice, buckwheat, juices and baby food, as well as some medicines and medical supplies.
The decision has already entered into force and applies to the products listed in the appendix to the decision.
The decision N 34 , which expanded the list of personal protective equipment, disinfectants, separate medical equipment and materials imported from the third countries to the EEU territory until 30 September of the current year approved by the decision 16 March, 2020, has entered into force.
