Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree which establishes 22 April as a voting day on constitutional amendments. The text of the document is published on the Kremlin website.
The question will be: “Do you approve amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation?”
At the same time, Putin has indicated that the vote will take place if “the epidemiological situation would allow”.
