Whether the accused caused damage in amount of 5.006.600 AMD to the state?

Today, on 14 January, The Court of General Jurisdiction of Shirak region should continue the trial on criminal case brought against A. Grigoryan, who is accused in illegal entrepreneurship. According to the indictment he caused damage in amount of 5.006.600 AMD to the state.

 

 

However, today the court session was delayed because the roads were impassable due to a bad weather. Neither the defendant nor the attorney for defense is present at the court session. The recognizance not to leave was selected as a measure of restraint.

 

 

The next court session will be held on 29 January, at 14:00 p.m.
