On September 23, the election day of the Yerevan City Council of Elders, the Armenian Human Rights Defender’s staff is working since early in the morning.
A special working group is set up for the purpose of conducting independent monitoring. The hotline is also available 24 hours a day, providing citizens with legal advice and, if needed quick response will be conducted as well.
