The advocates involved in the case of “Sasna Tsrer” armed group have announced a demand directed to the presiding judge Artush Gabrielyan. Advocate Yervand Varosyan wrote about this in his Facebook account.
The advocates Lusine Sahakyan, Nina Karapetyants, Arayik Papikyan, Tigran Hayrapetyan, Davit Gyurjyan, Ara Gharagyozyan, Harutyun Baghdasaryan, Inessa Petrosyan, Yervand Varosyan, Hrant Gevorgyan and Ara Zakaryan have demanded from the judge Artush Gabrielyan to ensure the presence of the advocates in the courtroom.
It is worth mentioning that 10 advocates have announced a strike a few minutes ago, because their colleagues were not allowed to enter the courtroom. They had refused to pass an examination.
