On 3 October 2012, the regular court sitting under presiding judge L. Atanyan on the case SD/0212/01/02 took place the Court of General Jurisdiction of Syunik marz in Kapan. Tigran Levonyan, the defendant was accused for purchase and keeping of large amount of narcotics for personal needs.
The defendant did not admit his fault. After solicitation of the advocate R.Ghazaryan, a five minutes break was announced to clarify the defendant’s position. After the break the defendant declared that in compliance with his rights he refuses to provide testimony.
The court sitting was delayed and set on 16 October 2012, at 12:00
