“When the “No to Plunder!” initiative conducts an action it means it shall initiate drastic actions, and not only speak,” Arthur Kocharyan, member of the coordinating group of “No to Plunder!” initiative said in the interview with Iravaban.net.
He referred to yesterday’s developments and introduced the future actions. “We are starting this fight from scratch, as there is nothing distinct about the audit yet. The authorities shall conduct their regular annual audit. They have even allocated special funds and invited experts from different countries. However, not has changed as such. It turns out they have not kept their promises,” our interlocutor said.
Arthur Kocharyan said that they met the staff of the Ombudsman’s office and introduced the problems.
To Iravaban.net’s question whether they intend to file a claim to the law authorities he said, “We saw what happened on the 23rd of June, and we saw the results as well. We do not hope for the better. Only one investigator works, but no one provides information to us. I believe this “institutions” do not function either.”
Arthur refrained to detail what should happen at the rally on the 11th of September. He said there is no need to inform everyone about their actions, because in such case the police forces would conduct preventive actions. “I can only say that there is a distinct program. There will be a large rally. We are ready to everything, even to a sit-in strike.”
