With the NH-473-A Decree of the RA President Serzh Sargsyan the authorities of the Judge of the Court of the General Jurisdiction of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan were terminated. Particularly, the Decree reads:
“Governed by Article 55 (11) of the Constitution of the RA, Article 167 (4 point 1) of the Judicial Code of the RA and based on the recommendation of the Council of Justice of July 30, 2015; I decide:
To terminate the authorities of Hrachya Hovhannisyan, the Judge of the First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Malatia- Sebastia Administrativ District of Yerevan from August 2, 2015.”
