Today, we talked to the protestors against the rise in price of electricity in Baghramyan Avenue asking their opinion who is responsible for the debt for electricity that emerged and whether the Government has its share of guilt in this matter.
According to the protestors in Baghramyan Avenue an independent and unbiased audit should be conducted and in case of findings of violations to call to responsibility the perpetrators.
