Article 123 of the RA Code of Administrative Violations defines violations of vehicle operating rules and sizes of fines intended for them.
According to the article mentioned above:
Driving vehicles with defects or conditions prohibiting the operation of them causes imposition of penalty in the amount of 5000AMD.
Driving a vehicle re-equipped without proper authorization causes imposition of penalty in the amount of 20000 AMD.
Violation of traffic rules by drivers using vehicles for transporting heavy loads or exceeding the dimensions determined by traffic rules or vehicles with two or more trailers operating in the binding of lorry causes imposition of penalty in the amount of 40000 AMD.
Driving a vehicle with violation of glass penetration amount or with violation of order of curtain cover causes imposition of penalty in the amount of 50000 AMD.
The allowable dimensions of penetration of glasses or glasses with external coating, as well as exceptions of the requirements of the 4th part determines the RA Government.
